Actively Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 11, 2026

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Actively has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sexual extortion, or any sexualized content involving minors.

2. Age and Access Rules

Actively is intended for adults. Users must meet applicable age requirements under local law and platform policy. Accounts found to involve underage misrepresentation or child exploitation risk are restricted or removed.

3. Reporting and In-App Safety Tools

Users can report profiles, messages, and other behavior directly in the app. Safety reports are reviewed as quickly as possible, prioritized by severity, and escalated when child safety risk is indicated.

4. Enforcement Actions

When CSAE/CSAM risk is identified, Actively may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve relevant records for investigation, and prevent re-registration where feasible.

5. Legal Reporting and Cooperation

Actively complies with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations, including reporting to regional or national authorities and cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement.
